I had a pleasant stay with clean rooms and a well-maintained pool. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, which made our experience even better. However, the breakfast options could definitely use some improvement. a little more variety would be great.

Beds were comfortable but parking lot was unsafe with sketchy people around.

Consider asking for a room away from the pool area to avoid potential noise from late-night gatherings.

Had an awesome time with friends! We hit up Worlds of Fun and caught a movie at the digital super HD theater. Clean rooms and comfy beds made our stay enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this spot for a budget-friendly adventure.

One downside was the manager barging into our room to throw out trash when we weren't ready for check-out yet. It felt intrusive and disrupted our plans.

This place suits me perfectly. Free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and clean non-smoking rooms. The staff even helped me with travel tips on my first visit, which I still remember. Highly recommend checking it out!

Our stay was absolutely disappointing. The air-conditioner didn't work, making the room unbearably hot. The bathroom was filthy with a leaking toilet, and the tub wouldn't drain, preventing any showers. To top it off, when I reported these issues, the management offered a fan instead of a room change, which was laughable.

It was just a suitable option for a short staycation in Overland Park with good price value. The rooms were extremely clean and updated, which I appreciated. Make sure to ask about any deposits when checking in.

Upon arrival, we encountered issues like a barely functioning faucet in the bathtub—had to wrestle with it to get it turned on. The continental breakfast left much to be desired. it featured cereal and muffins but skimped on fresh fruit, which was unavailable for multiple days. They also should have clearly stated that the outdoor pool isn't available in winter, as we were misled by the website. Additionally, double-check your billing, as they attempt to charge for pretty much everything, including the room safe that we didn't even use.
